Returning an item

We try our best for you to love what you have purchased from us. Should there be any dissatisfaction with your purchase, let us know and we will assist you accordingly.

Exchange and Return Policy

All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 7 working days after the delivery date. Goods are to be returned unused, with original tags, unbroken, in place and in its original packaging via a Recorded Delivery method.

Items can be returned by submitting a return request to info@hanaroo.co.uk within 7 working days after the delivery date. HANAROO.CO.UK provides a full refund provided that the returns process is followed.

In case of an exchange, please specify which product you would like to exchange it for. If exchanging goods and the value of the item is less than the one you are returning, we will refund the difference via the original payment method. If the value of the new item is greater than that of the one you are returning, additional payment will be required.

Replacement items will be sent to you free of charge under our standard delivery method.

Please send your return(s) by a Recorded Delivery method and retain the proof of postage until your item(s) has been refunded.

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain proof of postage from the sending officer to safeguard the returning parcel. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods which do not reach us.

Other Terms and Conditions

Delivery prices, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a

foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which HANAROO.CO.UK is unable to determine. 

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original, unbroken tags/labels attached. 

*Please note that due to hygiene related reasons, we are unable to accept the returns of earrings. 

All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship however please note, some materials may vary slightly in texture and colour. If you experience any problem with the item(s), please submit your return request within 7 working days after the delivery date to info@hanaroo.co.uk. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or wear and tear.
